EYPM North, Inc. handles mid and large-scale business properties. We are responsible for providing all of the material, labor, equipment (such as heavy equipment and tools) and services necessary for the construction of the project.

We manage large, complex construction projects for industrial facilities manufacturing plants, warehouses, and manufacturing sites, handling everything from site prep (civil, structural, piping, electrical) to equipment installation, ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory codes for specialized environments.

 

Key Functions

  • Project Management: Oversees all phases from concept to completion, including design, permits, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Specialized Construction: Manages different scopes like process equipment settings, piping, electrical and instrumentation.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensures projects meet rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards specific to industrial settings.
